How can I reset my password?

Whenever you are having issues with accessing your account, the first thing that you must consider is resetting your password.

 

To reset your password, please go to newsmaxplus.com

 

Then click on My Account

 

Scroll to the left-hand side of the page and click on Update Profile

 

 

Then click on Edit Password

 

On the Edit Password pop up window, click on the Yes, Reset password button

 

 

 

Once you click on Yes, Reset, you will see the following message appear on your screen:

 

 

Click on Confirm.

 

Then go to your email and check your inbox, spam and junk folders for the email 

which will contain instructions that will look like this:

Click the Reset Password button contained in the email.

 

You will be directed to this page:

 

Type in your new password, confirm new password and then click the Reset Password button.

 

Once you complete these steps, you will see a confirmation on your screen that looks like this:

 

Go back to newsmaxplus.com where you will be prompted to login with your credentials. 

 

Please type your email address and newly created password credentials. (Please note, your password is case-sensitive and should be entered exactly how you created it). 

 

Then, click on sign in.
